These terms cover pre-orders of Begum "We Are Okay! Tour" merchandise sold on this site by Pillai Productions ("we", "us").

Pre-orders

You pay in full when you order. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you see a pickup code.

Pickup only

We do not ship or deliver. You collect your order at the merch table at the show you picked, by showing your pickup code. A friend can collect for you if they show the code.

Unclaimed orders are held until the end of that show. After that, contact us and we will try to arrange collection, but we cannot guarantee it.

Product details

Colours on screen may differ slightly from the printed garment.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or bank details.
