Refunds and cancellations

No cancellations or refunds

All pre-orders are final. Once your payment goes through, your order cannot be cancelled or refunded, except if your show is cancelled (below).

Show cancelled

If the show you ordered for is cancelled, we will refund your order in full to your original payment method.

Printing issues

If there is a problem with the print on your tee, tell us at the merch table when you collect your order. Any replacement is at the seller’s discretion.

Size changes

Size changes at the merch table are subject to availability of spare stock that night.
