This policy explains what Pillai Productions collects when you pre-order on this site.

What we collect

Your name, mobile number, email address, the show you picked and what you ordered.

To confirm your order, prepare the pickup list for your show, and contact you about your order or the show.

Payments are handled by Razorpay under its own privacy policy. We never receive your card, UPI or bank details.

We share your name and order only with the people running the merch table at your show. We do not sell your data.

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes, then delete them.
